For many dog owners, attending a course in basic obedience is the first encounter with kinology. The aim for those dog owners, who are new to kinology, is to teach their canines how to behave in society, which can be at its familiar home, at the park surrounded by many strangers, or at the club where they will have to tolerate other dogs, also claiming their individual territories.
At ‘Kinoloska udruga,' we encourage our members and breeders to promote quality dog care and training, and to do everything in their power to bring their dog’s natural qualities to perfection. We urge everyone involved to carefully follow the association’s guidelines and to accept the standards set by the organization, without exception. During obedience trials and other various contests and activities, participants and their dogs will conduct themselves according to competition rules and respect the decisions made by the judges.
Like with anything else in life, obeying the rules and regulations, and active club participation will help guarantee that all members will have an enjoyable time during meetings and competitions. To protect the interests and welfare of the association, as well as its privileged contributors, registered members of ‘Kinoloska udruga' are committed to follow the ideals and principles set by the kinology code of ethics.
